Do you need a polyclonal antibody for a project? We are here to help you with our longstanding expertise in the field.
Innovagen has decades of experience of developing pAbs in many different hosts. Rabbits, goats and chickens are commonly used, but other hosts are available as well. We can use an antigen provided by you, or we can help you generate the antigen. We develop antibodies using many different types of antigens: whole proteins, antibodies, DNA, peptides etc. The latter is optimal if your target is a site-specific alteration, e.g. a mutation, phosphorylation and neo-epitope.
By coupling the antigen to a matrix, we can perform affinity purification and obtain highly specific antibodies.
